I've ordered from swiggy at *.** pm with the promise that my order will be delivered shortly, at *.**pm I raise my issue about my order being delayed and they said that they have assigned a delivery executive, at *.**pm, I again contacted them about my food delay they said that the delivery partner will deliver my food soon. At *.**pm I again contacted them for the same issues and they responded the same thing that they have assigned a delivery executive and it will be delivered soon. Now all this time I've been waiting patiently for my food. At *.** pm I've contacted them again for the same then they told me that my order will not be delivered. Even after that at **.** pm, I've received a mail from swiggy that my order has been delivered. I have to call them again for the refund and even in this process, they put me on hold for more than half an hour.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
