Zomato - food not delivered and not refunding the amount of food

i have order a cake from my office to surprise my cousin's birthday by entering my cousin's home address manually so its zomato duty to deliver the cake to my cousin's address but zomato guys cancelled my order and ruin his birthday and not ready to refund the amount as well and customer care representative disconnect the call while we was speaking with her by telling is our mistake because your google location is active so we won't deliver their and not ready to refund even though not a single time we tod tk cancel the order

*) even though haven't tell single time to cancel the order so basic first they take money from your pocket and then they won't refund it its under unfair trade practices
