I am just pissed off and aggravated by Swiggy again. This is the second time I am experiencing issues with them. I thank you Voxya for helping me last time with my issue.
I placed an order of *** from Swiggy and I got a call saying some unknown person has picked up the and it can be delivered and we don't know where the order is and restaurant is not taking the order. I said it's not my fault and I ordered from burger king as it's my favourite and I was hungry. So the agent named Manohar said the money will be refunded. I said what about the inconvenience caused and I will have to wait to get the food. He said he will also apply a coupon of *** apart from the refund. And then I can reorder. It didn't happen and I waited and I received a call from swiggy again and this time it was Anup and I explained the situation again to him and he said the money will be refunded to my account in *-* business days a supervisor will call me and apply the coupon. I didn't get the call so I chatted and again explained the situation to the agent named Naveen and he denied me any help whatsoever and was very rude and uncanny. Swiggy does not know what customer service is and also their agents are lame and stupid. I am being harassed every time I order using swiggy. There were no issues previously but this is the second time this is happening and I have to go these lengths to get my issue resolved. I also asked the two agents I talked to connect me to a supervisor or a manager and they did not honour that too. Very pathetic and poor skills in customer service. I am still hungry and writing. I will have to order again and wait so that I can eat. This is so outrageous. Please fix my issue Voxya. Swiggy, you better correct your standards or I will drag this to court for mental harassment.
