Ordered food at chai point using food panda. Made an online payment. Order got confirmed within one minute of placing and even after *.*hrs shows no sign of delivery. Food is still at the restaurant, waited and stalled plans so that I can contact support for this. Chat support gave no reply. No response from email customercare@foodpanda.in
No other means of support available on the app. Have no idea if and when the food will be delivered. seems like the company is running a scam.
