Foodpanda - Food not delivered

The rider who was carrying the food informed me that it fell midway so I tried contacting the support for my refund or new food . The chat support didnot replied for **minutes and after that within seconds they replied and closed the chat session saying that I didnot replied for *-*minutes. The customer care representatives end chat sessions very quickly and dont even bother to reply to solve our grievances.
