FOODPANDA - Food not delivered refund not initiated

: I have ordered food from KFC via foodpanda app. Due to some unavoidable circumstances KFC rejected my order but payment of Rs. *** have already been paid through Phone pe. But Foodpanda have cheated me. Neither they informed me cancellation status nor refunded my money. I have triy to contact through their suppor system but no proper responses received at their end. I have cam acrt some incident through some of my friends. They informed that FOODPANDA has done this kind of activities since past. Therefore I request you to kindly ban the company.. I need compensation for my order as well as my money..
