I was denied by the agent to give the order at the location at time square * th floor and the agent was asking me to come down for the order. I can’t leave as I am in the meeting otherwise why would I order on Zomato. I escalated to Zomato but no resolution and then they delivered my food on *th floor this is very disappointing and frustrating. This is happened thrice with twice I have taken parcel from the agent because of his bike issues but I can’t leave my work and come down
