i would like to raise complaint against Zomato.as well as i m big fan of this delivery service provider chain but because of some unprofessional food handler they are loosing their reputation in the market, i m straightly coming to my point.
as we all are keen to give some of the treat to our parents thats why i just ordered the ice cream cake from "Happynezz' threw Zomato app on fathers day it will cost me ***rs and they picked up the cake from nearer happynezz outlet at chandkheda which is less then ** mins from our house thus we received cake full of melt.
as they know this is ice cream product so they have to handle properly but unfortunately the delivery person didn't know how to handle and he spoil the whole cake. after that i ordered * more same cake from subhash bridge branch to new c.g.road my friends house it is around ** min distance still they deliver the cake proper in order never melt and never mess up.after that since that day i m trying to email to zomato but they simply replying that i have to contact to restaurant. but i ordered threw zomato so this is their responsibility to deliver food properly in order.
kindly help to resolve this issue.
