- Food delivered was in bad condition Open
I ordered food on **th Jan at *.**pm
After so many follow ups with delivery person and swiggy executives I received my food around **.** pm.
Approx after * hrs.
Thanks condition of food was very bad, boxes were open, seal was not proper, food spillage, in fact food was cold.
So I refused to take the food and ask for my return against it. At that time swiggy executive called us and ask to accept the food and we will refund your money.
After sometime when I asked for refund they said they will provide a coupon of amount *** to me.
Till now I haven't received any coupon and refund and whenever I calling them for my refund status false promises and information is conveyed to me.
I simply want my refund without further delay.
