- Flipkart Travel Fraud not refunding ticket money Open
I booked an international ticket from Flipkart on **th Dec,**** for flight from Toronto to New Delhi, booking number FF**************. One of the flights were cancelled for the onward journey and I informed about the same to Flipkart. They told me contact British Airways and get a confirmation email. However, British Airways told that they have already informed Flipkart about the same but they denied me for the same . I further requested British Airways to cancel my booking for a refund/travel voucher . They asked me to contact Flipkart to cancel the ticket because I booked it through them and they were ready to issue a travel voucher. After **-** phone calls and cancellation requests Flipkart kept delaying my request.
I've been chasing them from the past * week. They are not providing me the voucher, they are not refunding my money, they marked my ticket as completed and finally they started saying that I have to contact airlines now.
I was very patient and reasonable till now. I went through harassment because I had to call and explain the entire situation to every single support executive and I finally got a generic answer. I need justice. I need my money and I want them to pay for the mental harassment they put me through. I have been continuously checking with them and they don't even respond back. They just need to get in touch with British Airways and my issue can be sorted but they are just not doing it.
