Bhanu Teja Nambi filed complaint against Flipkart on Oct 30, 2020
I booked an international ticket from Flipkart on **-Aug-****. Booking ID: FF*************. I got to know from British Airways that due to COVID restrictions I was not allowed to travel on the specified airlines. They asked me to contact Flipkart to cancel the ticket because I booked it through them and they were ready to issue a travel voucher.
After ***s of phone calls and cancellation requests Flipkart kept rejecting my request. After filing a complaint in the NCH app, they said the voucher has been issued and I can rebook the ticket. However, later they started denying that as well. I have email proof for everything.
I've been chasing them from the past * months, from Sept *th to till date. They are not providing me the voucher, they are not refunding my money, they marked my ticket as completed and finally they started saying that I have to contact airlines now.
I was very patient and reasonable till now. I went through harassment because I had to call and explain the entire situation to every single support executive and I finally got a generic answer. I need justice. I need my money and I want them to pay for the mental harassment they put me through.
Attaching all the email responses from Flipkart, British Airways and the response from Flipkart in the consumer forum as well. They are clearly cheating me.
