Someone has ordered product from Flipkart using my number and name in his/her Flipkart account. The product was cash on delivery. There was no name of product on the package. So I received the same thinking that was mine. But soon after that I came to know that someone has misuse my name and number to order that product on flipkart. When I lodge a complain against the same, the flipkart costomer care told me that the product was irrefundable but when I ask him to take a legal action against such fake user the flipkart didnot take any response. I even ask for that user info so that I can call to him/her personally but flipkart even refuse to do that too. Flipkart is neither helping me nor taking any legal action against that fake user. Now I fill very much unsafe to use Flipkart online site.
