Furqan Khan filed complaint against Flipkart on May 4, 2022
I ordered an Iphone ** mini on April **th through Flipkart quick. After i received the order, I saw that the screen had a deep scratch and I immediately raised a return request. My return was approved and the product had to be picked up on April **th. The pickup was not done on **th. I raised a complaint and was told my issue will be resolved on **th. This was not done and postponed to **th April, further on to **th April and then **th April. I reached out to them on social media as well and a new ticket was created saying pickup will be done by *th May. Yesterday on *rd May, My return was cancelled : reason " Due to unforseen circumstances". On enquiring the customer support agent told me that it was due to server issue and return will be done by *th May. On contacting the support team again on *th May they said it has been cancelled and now raised a new ticket and resolution date is *th May.
From the past ** days, I have been waiting for the pickup and refund. I have written more than ** emails to Flipkart and Grievance officer, No action taken yet.
I am yet to get my refund of ***** which has been pending from **th April.
