I bought Apple airpods pro from flipkart back in Dec ****. I started facing crackling noise issues with the airpods by November ****. According to Apple, Crackling noise is a global issue and they will replace/repair Airpods Pro manufactured before October ****.The program covers affected AirPods Pro for * years after the first retail sale of the unit.

I took this to Icare center and they rejected my device stating the bill provided to me by Flipkart is not original, As per their system, this product was bought from Hong Kong and they will require that bill to initiate service.
I contacted flipkart more than ** times and they couldnt provide a resolution for this, I was made to visit Apple service center stating the issue is resolved and they rejected it again for original bill.
The final response from Flipkart was device warranty is over and they cannot further help on this. All I'm requesting is for the original copy of bill from Flipkart and they have no idea where it is. The product is still covered by Apple.
I want to ensure Flipkart provides original bill to their customers with the country of purchase details.
