Motorola Mobile - Flipkart is not providing return

I purchased a Motorola mobile from Flipkart. And this mobile has clarity(blur screen) problem.
When I complaint to flipkart, they send a motorola technician at home for mobile visit.
After visit, that technician said that mobile has problem. But still flipkart rejected the return request.
