Motorola Mobile - Mobile not rectified in warranty period

I purchased a mobile from Motorola online. Just after one month, it starts problem like
keep on restarting. I approached the Motorola service provider at Alwaye. There I was sitting in their office * hrs and told they can't repair the battery has to change. Then I approached Motorola Ernakulam service provider after * months. They kept my mobile there and told I have to pay *****/ rupees. They have my mobile by putting a rubber band on the cover. They told Alwaye people can do free of cost. Then again I went to Alwaye Motorola service centre. By checking some computer data they told I didn't visit their centre so far. What a bullshit reply. Then from I found out Trichur Motorola service provider. After one hr wasted there I have to pay *****. I send mail to Motorola company since I didn't get a proper reply. I send a mail by saying I am going to report to consumer protection forum. Then suddenly somebody from Motorola company arguing by saying something and finally they have told repair free of cost. Request you to do needful.
