I had purchased a Moto G *rd Generation (Black, *GB) on ** October ****, which I got delivered in November ****. The Order ID is : ***-*******-*******.
Now I am facing Issues with the Product (issues are mentioned in the service report). The Product has * yr warranty but when contacted the Moto service center, they are not willing provide support and saying the product is of **** and the warranty has expired.
I have been contacting amazon since *th July and submitted the report twice but not getting proper answer. Every time they are saying it will take * days. now its ** days
