I have purchased a smartphone from Flipkart with a exchange of another mobile so there was a exchange value of mobile as well as exchange discount was there but Flipkart didn't pick that product from me and now Flipkart is saying that we can provide online only gift card or voucher if you sell this phone then it is a totally un accepted because already it is given there information my amount should be credited in my bank account along with my exchange discount which cost near about *,*** plus and now they are saying that we can only give you a voucher or gift card not amount in the bank account
