Hello Sir , I have order Symphony ** L Room/Personal Air Cooler (White, ** XL DD) from Flipkart.com on **th May ****.I got a wrong product on **th Morning.I got lower model for the cooler, the one I have order was Symphony SUMO **XL double decker but they have sent me lower model of it.I got Symphony SUMO **XL (It's not double decker and lower in price almost ** %).When I have raised return request for the same they have cancelled without letting me know any reason. I start to follow with flipkart on Facebook , mail as well as Call.They have accepted cancellation request after following many times but put the date for replacement as **rd of june IE almost * month away from the actual delivery.First Delivery happen in Just little more than * days but replacement taking * month knowing the fact seller and Buyer both based out in Hyderabad(Seller address - SN DIGITAL WORLD A* CENTRAL WAREHOUSING CORPORATION, BEHIND GANDHIBHAVAN NAMPALLY HYDERABAD).I started again to follow with them but they care little for any query.After waiting till June **, they have cancelled that too without letting me know any reason. whenever I call Flipkart Customer support they ask for ** hours/** hours.It's been * weeks since the time I have raised return request but return request has been cancelled twice.I am regretting why I have ordered from Flipkart as my money is stuck and so product.Just they keep asking time as they don't care any more as they have money what they only care.I need your help as I don't have any hope/trust on Flipkart.
