I have ordered a product in ecommerce website Flipkart on **rd September ****. Order ID: OD******************.
Place: Chennai, TamilNadu
They promised to deliver it by *rd October **** but they are unable to then again promised to deliver by *th Oct. On *th October, Flipkart cancelled the order.
When we approach customers service care center about the delay of delivering of items, they could not be able to assist. Its really frustrating.
Very worst customer service by Flipkart.
Flipkart making their customers down.
Flipkart Big Billion Days appear to be bogus, they are just advertisement gymics. They accept the orders and cancel them at a later date.
They initiated a refund request however the amount will be credited by October **, ****.
This is really unacceptable cancelling the orders and waiting for our amount.
Can you take this up with Flipkart.
