I had ordered a Valtos Engineered Wood * Door Wardrobe. The product was found defective at time of unpacking and hence I promptly placed a return request which got accepted. However, flipkart made me ship the product back at my own expense to the seller(the courier money to be refunded later by flipkart) without giving me seller’s contact number. They just provided the seller's village name(Byrasettihalli). As you are aware, no courier service will be able to deliver a product without having contact details of the receiver. I went ahead and shipped the product to Byrasettihalli hoping that flipkart would provide me the seller’s contact number. I requested flipkart for the same on **th May ****. However, to my shock, it seems that flipkart doesn’t have the seller’s contact number.
My simple question is, if flipkart cannot reveal the seller’s contact number, how can they request their customers to ship the product to the seller. I have been following up with the flipkart customer support team for over ** days now, yet not able to get the seller’s contact number. They just keep saying that they didn't know that I didn't have the seller's contact number(yes each time they take down my complain and yet on next call say that they didn't know that contact number was my issue). They have done this atleast **-** times in last ** days.
What has been more painful is that they keep assuring me a resolution within **-** hours, and have missed the deadline * times already. List of deadlines missed by flipkart so far is *nd June, *th June, *th June, *th June, **th June, **th June, **th June, **th June.
Today, on **th June, after waiting to get the contact details for almost ** days, I have realised that I have been conned by flipkart. I have spent ****/- in buying the wardrobe and approximately ****/- in shipping the product back. But more than the money, it has been the mental agony I had to face due to Flipkart. Attaching a Copy of wardrobe's invoice "OD******************.pdf" (which confirms paid ****/- on *th April ****), copy of the email from flipkart requesting me to ship the product to seller ASAP "Email Requesting To Courier.pdf"(received on **rd May ****), courier receipt "Courier Receipt.jpg"(paid ****/- for courier on **th May ****) and a sample email from flipkart "First Deadline.pdf"(this one has the deadline for resolution as *nd June ****). I feel aggrieved and helpless. Please help me.
Sorry, I am not able to attach multiple files. I will just attach the Courier Receipt, which I feel is the most important document here confirming that I have shipped the product.
