Make my trip - FLIGHT TICKET CANCELLATION REFUND NOT TAKEN UP

Under Global Travel Waiver Policy of Singapore Airlines
Request for Cancellation – Non operation of flights due to COVID **

Referring to the above subject, I have booked the above ticket through MakemyTrip (MMT) and completed the onward journey on **.**.****. Subsequently due to COVID ** (my return journey on **th August ****) flights have been cancelled by Singapore Airlines. Hence, I have submitted my request to MMT for cancellation of ticket and refund.
Recently my husband’s ticket was also cancelled through MMT with PNR NO.VUEVV* under COVID ** effect. In that case also they sent mail acknowledgement on **th May **** for his cancellation request, but in turn they did not submit the same to Singapore International Airlines (SIA) for the cancellation process. After repeated mails and calls they submitted the same to SIA on **st June **** ie., after ** days. Ultimately, he could get the refund after * months. MMT is throwing blame on SIA for inordinate delay.
Under the circumstances, I humbly request you to take up the matter and advise me what action I can take through whom (appropriate authority)I am I can take action against their unjustified actions. Singapore Airlines confirmed that they have not yet received any cancellation request from MMT on this PNR. I am forwarding herewith MMT’s mail acknowledgement for my cancellation request, for your ready reference. Kindly escalate this issue for immediate response and result.
