I booked a flight with Emirates on Yatra just * days before my flight from London to Mumbai. The flight was already cancelled yet Yatra was still booking flights. They did not inform me nor did they ever refunded me. This incident took place in March **** just when the government of India extended the lockdown so that Indians can come back home. I went to London Gatwick airport and found out that they were not letting anyone board the flight. The PNR number is DK*XMJ. EMIRATES EK-**- date: **st March ****, London to Mumbai via Dubai. I have claimed for a refund but it has been so many months yet I have not received any response. Please help!
