Hello my trip ID is ***********, from seoul to gold coast. This trip was cancelled due to covid by JetStar airlines and the fund for the same was refunded to cleartrip on march ****. After numerous emails and reminders till date i have not received the refund for the same. Clear trip is giving false information stating that the refund was not funded in their account due to this i had contacted the jet star team and they informed that they have returned the entire amount of $*,***.** AUD on **th march ****
