Makemytrip india Pvt Ltd - Flight cancellation not informed and refund is not processed

I book a flight from Osaka to Bengaluru on **.**.**** through Makemytrip website in Airasia airlines which costs INR *****. Unfortunately, flight got canceled by airlines and this was not informed well in advance.I realized this flight cancellation after reaching airport. Due to which I had to book another flight immediately which is much costlier. While booking the new flight (In Malaysian Airlines) as the Makemytrip was not working properly, flight was booked for July *rd instead of March *rd which costs INR *****. I tried to cancel the flight immediately , but Makemytrip was not working properly and I was not able to cancel. Due to COVID even this flight got cancelled by airlines.
Immediately I booked flight in Singapore airlines and came to Banglore which costs INR *****.

From March *th, I have been trying to contact Makemytrip, but they are not receiving phone calls they are not responding to e-mails not even in social media.

I contacted Airasia in twitter, they informed that refund amount of INR ***** has been refunded to Makemytrip, but Makemytrip is not refunding that amount.

When ever I post a message in twitter on Makemytrip, they simply mention please message the booking number privately.

But they never reply to that message.

In this current condition I would not be traveling abroad so I prefer not to accept credit shell options from airlines.

As the service is not provided by airlines, I would expect that airlines to refund the actual amount instead of offering credit shell.

In this whole situation, makemytrip has to play the key role as it is the travel agent and it has to take care of its customers.

Their response was not at all appreciable and it caused lot of mental stress to me hence I would like to claim for the stress caused due to Makemytrip along with the amount than I actually spend on tickets.
