Spice Jet - Flight cancellation because of COVID situation

I had a flight from Bangalore to Patna at **:** am (PNR - GE*CVQ). On reaching the airport I was told that I have to mandatorily go for home quarantine for ** days as per Govt. norms. However, I had my return ticket booked for **st May from BLR-PAT with same PNR. Now that I cant travel back on **st May, I wont be able to fly to Patna. On contacting  the Spicejet authorities on airport, I was told to reach out to Customer Care to get the cancellation refund. However, I am not able to get through the helpline number and it gets disconnected after every *-* mins. Request you to please cancel  both the flights in this PNR as I wont be able to travel and refund my ***% amount as this is not my fault if the website allowed me to book to and fro with * days gap. Since these norms were not disclosed at the time of booking, I booked both to and fro. And with this home quarantine of ** days, I am not comfortable to travel. I am writing this  email as per guidance from airport authorities of SpiceJet as they mentioned their systems are not working fine and hence cannot take any cancellation request and if I cancel through  EMT, I am getting charged for the cancellation fee. Please help on priority!
