Dear Respected Sir/mam, On ****,** December I booked three jet airways tickets through Paytm from Mumbai to CCU. My booking id is-**********.But unfortunately i got mail from jet airways on **th April that my ticket was cancel.So,my journey date on **th April,**** but due to shutdown of jet airways i was suffering to reach my destination.I had to buy train tickets with given more prices.But still i did not get my refund on my respective account.I contact and raised complain on Paytm but still my problem did not solve. Please Sir/mam,look at my matter very carefully & take proper action that I get my refund quickly.Thank you.
