I Bought A Airtel Broadband Connection On ** June ****.
I Opted For a ***MBPS Plan. But I Was Only Getting **MBPS Speed.
I Complained About This To The Engineers & Customer Support Too Many Times. But I Did Not Get A Satisfactory Resolution.
So I Put A Disconnection Request For The Service On the *th Of July.
Connection Was Supposed To Be Removed Within * Days But It Was At My House Till **th Of July.
I Paid a Total of **** For The Connection + **** Extra For *** Meters Of Fiber Cable. Airtel Have PROCESSED THE AMOUNT oF ****.** CREDITED IN MY ACCOUNT. BUT **** Extra For *** Meters Of Fiber Cable THE FIELD TEAM IS SAYING THAT WE DON'T GET SALARY, SO WE WILL NOT REFUND THE MONEY. the ground team is asking for installation charges but it was free because I had taken an advance rental plan They are saying you can take the cable back, what I am supposed to do with that cable. I Would Like To Have A Full Refund For This Service Because I Was Provided Very Poor Customer Service.
I Got Several Calls From The Airtel Team They Promised Me tO Call Back but they never did.
The Airtel Distributer WILL Sell That Cable To other customers & make black money.
I also complained to the broadband appellate department they asked me to provide a valid receipt but the airtel distributor of my area is rejecting all my requests & not providing me the receipt so that I can get my money back.
Kindly Let Me Know When I Will Receive The Refund it has been two months. For Any Other Communication, You Can CONTACT On **********. or **********
