Fedex's unfair business practices. Below are chain of event in short.
(*) Fedex failed to advise any amount of duty/taxes when asked for KYC document. This is for CCTV Kit that I ordered from overseas.
(*) Incorrect Invoice - HSN code and incorrect calculation on the invoice.
(*) Laised with local Fedex operation staff in Indore and he asked me to pay full amount as per invoice to get the delivery and later Fedex to process refund. After several reminders, phone calls, emails ; Fedex still didn't resolve this issue & processed my refund. Very Unprofessional Code of Conduct & Unfair business practices.
