- Faulty vehicle delivered Open
I bought a Honda Activa *g blue from Orange Honda, Manikonda, Hyderabad on **th August ****. Since then we were into a lot of trouble with the bike and the showroom. Here are the series of events happened after.
**th Aug evening: The bike was delivered. We have observed the problem. It is stopping if we slow down the vehicle and also stopping automatically after the start of the vehicle. We visited the showroom the next day.
**th Aug: I was told by the sales manager that it is ***% of the problem with the petrol I filled in the nearby petrol station. He told petrol bunk people are mixing water. Without even checking the bike I was told to come on next day as service people were not available.
**th Aug: I took the bike to the showroom. They did something and gave the bike to me. There is still the same issue. I had to give the bike again. They tried again. This happened thrice on the same day. I was so frustrated and handed over the bike to the showroom for a genuine fix. During the discussion with the sales manager, I came to know that bike was repaired by a fitter, not a mechanic. I was asked to leave the bike for a day and the mechanic would fix the issue the next day. I said "Okay". I had lost a lot of time. There was an impact on my job.
**th: I gave them a complete day.
**th: I received a call from showroom saying the bike was fixed. I went there I saw the same problem again in the showroom itself. They also agreed that the problem still persists and asked me to wait there only and they would fix it. Again a lot of my time was wasted and I had to go to my office very late on that day as well. Then the bike seemed to be working there. So, I took the bike home. But in the night it started giving the same problem again. Raised the request for a replacement.
**th August ****: I handed over the bike in the showroom and showed them the same problem. We were troubled a lot with the new bike. No response to my replacement request from the company. From then there was no call from the showroom or service centre. The bike is still with them. Today is **rd Aug.

I was troubled with the brand new bike on the same day of purchase and the service is at its worst and I had to revolve around the service centre around * times. They couldn't fix the issue. In fact, the bike experimented * times with a fitter though he is not eligible to repair the vehicle. My replacement requests are simply ignored. I called customer care so many times. They told the concerned department will call me. Nobody called us in spite of so many requests to customer care.
