I am facing problems again to avail service using my AMC coupons (I have * balance left with me). These coupons were bought at Pilot Honda, Bhandup dealership which has subsequently been closed. I wrote numerous emails to senior team, customer support and greviance redressal at Honda and while they send automated complaint ticket number (COMPLAINT TICKET NO.*-************), they are not responding to my complaint for over * month.
I am utterly disappointed to go begging every time after having paid for AMC in advance. I haved demanded that the amount of AMC for the * balance service unavailed be refunded immediately.
