HONDA 2 WHEELARS INDIA - Complaint Regarding a Newly Purchased 2Wheeler Honda Shine 125

I purchased the vehicle on **-**-****. Since then, I have encountered issues specifically related to silencer heat, Gear tightness, Break noise etc. that have caused significant inconvenience and dissatisfaction.
The following is a description of problem I have experienced:
After driving *-* kilometres, my legs on the brake side experience excessive heat from the silencer. It becomes uncomfortable to keep my leg with shoes there. Additionally, when applying sudden brakes, there's a tightness sound, and sometimes, I also feel tightness in the gear.
My initial complimentary service has ended, yet afterwards, the aforementioned issues arose. I've sought assistance from authorized service center mechanics, but their responses haven't been satisfactory. It appears they're prolonging the resolution process, citing the vehicle's newness. However, this approach isn't appropriate for addressing the problems. I bought the motorcycle based on the reputation of Honda, so why should I endure such difficulties and inconveniences with a new vehicle?
Your company's *-wheeler is renowned for its reliability and performance. However, my recent experience has been far from satisfactory. I am extremely disappointed with the poor quality of the vehicle and the inadequate customer service.
I request that you take immediate action to rectify the issues with my vehicle and provide me with a satisfactory resolution. I demand the following:
A thorough investigation of the vehicle's problems and a comprehensive repair to fix them
A replacement vehicle if the repairs cannot resolve the issues
Compensation for the inconvenience and expenses incurred due to the faulty vehicle
I am a loyal customer of Honda and have been riding your vehicles for many years. I trusted your brand for quality and reliability. However, my recent experience has shattered my confidence.
I kindly request that you address this matter with urgency and provide a prompt response to my complaint. As a new bike purchase, I should not face any such issue. Despite this, I am feeling the inconvenience. Therefore, my request is to provide me with a pick-up service, complete the check, and solve the issues. Afterward, please drop off my vehicle at my home. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution within one week, I will be left with no alternative but to consider other avenues, such as legal action. Additionally, I may bring attention to the issue through social media platforms.
