Dhiraj Wagh filed complaint against HONDA * WHEELARS INDIA on Aug 1, 2023
Dear Honda Team,
I am facing an issue regarding my activa *g which was purchased on *nd may **** from JPS honda showroom Amravati near main railway station.
On **th June **** while driving suddenly the engine got stop then I tried restart that time suddenly back side near engine it caught fire, lucky me and my father was safe but my activa was burnt then I visited to JPS honda showroom and inform about all incident then told me file a claim for insurance and Mr. Datta has asked me to raised false claim and mention it got burn due to external fire but i refused to do that because it cause due to manufacturing defect. But still againt my will they have filed Insurance Claim stating false reason.
Now, I got a reply from ICICI Lombard as my claim was rejected mentioning that it got burnt due to vehicle manufacturing defect.
Before * month ago same incident happened as engine could not start and it was heating alot that time I raised complaint but they did not checked or diagnosed the vehicle and only replace the battery due to this it was happen if they fix the issue that time may be this was not happened.
Now, JPS Honda showroom is not taking responsibility and they asked me to file a case in court against the Honda *wheeler.
I have raised the same complaint on *th July **** in your customer care but no reply from your end. Now I need your help to fix this issue as they are asking me to charge for it.

This is really the pathetic response from Dealer as well as Honda Customer Care. The only option remained with me is to write a note blaming the Dealer and Honda Company and hang my self.
