We have purchased a Samsung Washing Machine and a LG Refrigerator vide invoice dated **.**.****. However, we were convinced and made to purchase a Samsung washing machine instead of LG Washing machine by your then executive Mr. Bhavesh Patil on the pretext of superior quality washing and additional features. However, we were supplied a different product i.e. * star rating LG refrigerator instead of * star rating LG refrigerator (as committed physically), THOUGH WE HAVE MADE PAYMENT FOR * STAR LG REFRIGERATOR. for which we already had raised a complaint just * days after the purchase. however, we were again explained that LG (* star) refrigerator has been stopped and only * star refrigerator is presently available in the market. We believed the said explanation but to your knowledge, the said explanation was totally false and baseless since the LG (* star) product was VERY WELL available on Flipkart and Amazon.
Now, since the date of purchase, the Samsung washing machine gives a very poor-quality washing and dust and stain are remaining as it is. We thought that it might be due to the detergent which we are using and therefore we changed from surf excel detergent to Ariel detergent, but the result is still what it was meaning thereby there is no change at all. Hence, we again thought that there must be problem with the detergent so we brought liquid rather than detergent, but still no difference in result. Thereafter, we raised a complaint with the Samsung washing machine department, whose executive took a visit and explained to d few things, which we did and the result still the same. No improvement at all.
We again raised another complain with Samsung, again they said that their executive will visit again. Perhaps you might imagine a family of three people, one is father who is working day to night busy with office work, the other is mother, who also is a working women and remains outside throughout the day, and a child ; how come this family manage to call customer care and raise complaints again and again and attend visits again and again and stop any other most important works just to get the things sorted out ; for what? A newly purchased Samsung washing machine ! It would be better if this family has purchased a second-hand washing machine rather than the new one.
IS THIS THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICE CROMA PROVIDES? And what about customer’s product satisfaction, all dependent on lies one after another, it seems that you play with the feelings of the customers.
