Croma Retail - Defected product delivered by company

I have ordered online voltas air cooler from croma but when its packing open and found damaged product then i call to customer care and complaint about this issue and request to refund my payment and customer care executive always give excuse about their team will call me for but no solution done by company yet.
I complained at **.**.**** and today is **.**.**** and company delay matter daily i am getting embarrass from company services and customer support.
