I bought * ac from reliance smart and both were defective.*st time I bought Voltas *.* ton ac which was not cooling properly. After a lot of harassments going in & out at reliance smart, I got the replacement of the product in which they refused to refund my money. I got Hitachi *.*T ac again after replacement which is too defective as it is not even cooling at all & now they are again harassing us as they are refusing and not accepting calls. Such fraud by reliance on smart.
