I have purchased the air purifier from Pepperfry.com on ** April ****, once I received the product and tested it for functionality the product was found fault and not working after repetitive tries, I contacted pepperfry customer care and got to know that the vendor \seller will contact for further details, I got a call from Vendor and shared the Video of the product showing the incapability’s and faulty product, nearly after ** days of follow-up I got a call from pepperfry that vendor is not replacing or returning the product.
The product is faulty and of no use I have repetitively asked Vendor and Pepperfry to return my money as I don’t have to keep this faulty product but there is no action from Pepperfy and vendor end.
I want a full refund of my money paid. Could you please help me.
