We have purchased a Water purifier from Amazon Limited of Eureka Forbes Limited and after the use of the product for * months stop purifying the water there service engineer said that you have to purchase an chip to repair the Water purifier but as per the company policy it is under Guarantee period. Therefore you are requested to repair or replace the product and take strict action against Eureka Forbes limited for their lack of service.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
