I had ordered Boat rockerz *** in Jan ****, after using for around */* months the product stopped working so I placed the replacement request on ** September. The product was picked and replaced by rockerz ***.Again for this I raised another complaint since it was wrong configuration. The product was picked and after lot of follow up was replaced by Rockerz *** which was damaged. Since then I've been repeatedly asking for update and they have no idea where the product is. The AWB number they have shared is coming as invalid on courier partner and everytime I call they assure that day they will update. This has been on and on since last * months and numerous emails, tweets have been done already. Kindly help
