Bought EPluto *G electric scooter from Pure EV last March. The scooter ran perfectly for * months, and then the battery issues started. My range dropped to ** kms. It was repaired once at local service centre and it seemed like the problem was resolved. But no, again in a month same issues popped up and the local service centre sent the battery to their main centre in Hyderabad. It's been more than * months now. Have not even received a single call from the company about its status and when I call them they say battery will be ready for dispatch in ** days. This company has completely defrauded us and a lot of customers like me. I need a full refund for the bike and the mental stress. My work which is dependent on using a * wheeler has completely stopped and seems like * Lac has gone down the drain.

Vehicle in service for one month now and its not been returned. Everyday I call and a new deliver date is given. one month without the vehicle has been horrible already and still no clarity on when i will receive the vehicle....
