I ordered i** TWS Airpods from them that was delivered on */**/**** and as mentioned on their website that I can ask for exchange or refund within * days. I tried contacting but there are no phone number only option is to chat over messenger which is not working. How do we get this resolved or else they will keep looting everyone.
