- Fault of servicing of car Open
on the last week week of July due to heavy rainfall water entered in the bonnet of our car ford figo and anyhow we reached home.On the next day we informed service centre they came pulled the car out from our house and charged rs**** and also they didnt give bill.From the service center we have been informed that the car have some issues in self..after few days they informed that we need to remove the alternator and gasket drain plug and fan speed and the parts will arrive from kolkata. Due to lockdown parts came late and they took time for for servicing. Finally on **th of august **** we got our car back and on the same evening smoke started to come out our bonnet.We imidietly called the service centre regarding this issue they told us to off the ac .On the very next day they send mechanic and he told us the engine fan fuse was cut..i asked him if there any other problem persists or not.He told its all ok now. Finally on *st september we came out with our car and again it got stopped in middle of the road..we again call the service centre and they send us crane and the crane charged rs ****. Even today on *rd september we called service centre they have no answer regarding what happed with the car
