Ford - Break down of my car due to manufacturing fault

Have a Ford endeavour got a break down at *****km while travelling to goa . Got the car tot he service centre where I came to know about the manufacturing fault . Now the company say we. Will give u ** percent off on material and rest u have to give . But that being said we don't have the tools to repair the vehicle for that we need tools and it will take time . Already they have taken ** days now they say we require more time .
Can someone help me how to solve the issue .
