NISHAD NARAYANAN filed complaint against Ford on May 30, 2024
I orderred an item paying full amount and unfortunately, Ecom Express was their delivery partner. The item reached at my location on **th May, ****. But after * days also, the item was not delivered to me. Without trying deliver, ECom Express put the status as "customer not available". I tried to call the Delivery Manager several times, he is not picking up the call.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
