Dear Ford,
I am sure you would be taking a proper precaution while recruiting your so called talent but it has taken this stupid talent of yours whoever is handling my car for more than ** days to unable to understand the underlying issue.
I have given my car at SP Ford, Vadodara on *nd September and no progress or a concrete response has been delivered by them.
I am deeply agonised and frustrated with the lousiness of your team. Please shift my car to a facility with some knowledgeable people and not these dimwit monkeys.
No body is able to give a single answer even after ** days and the worst experience and lowest service standards are displayed by your team. I am so glad that I did nit opt for extended warranty as it would have been an utter waste. Shame on you and your team! M glad i never have to buy your cars in my country!
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
