Colive marathali - Falsely showing I stayed for a month when i vacated the same day of checking IN

I have paid a sum of **,*** as a deposit amount and have checked into colive "Sunny vale" banglore, I had "vacated" DUE to a emergency the same day after * -* hours of my check - IN and have informed the person who assisted me with moving in that I WILL BE CHECKING OUT , I have voiced out many times regarding the refund but there has been * response.
I came to an understanding of this place works and digested the fact of losing my deposited money.
NOW i have been charged with a legal notice to my mail , stating i have been residing there for the whole month , and being charged for rent + electricity + maintenance . While the key was taken back by the maintenance guy after i Vacated.
NEED HELP.
