Colive marathali - Rent and Security Deposit Not Refunding

First of all i would like to tell about colive that they are cheating with customer and doing fraud. i have booked * room with them with help of their sales executive name as Santhil and Jyoti, and before making payment i have asked him * to * time for cancellation policy and over chat n call he said he dont know n he need to check, n during lock they have given offer also for zero lock and full Refundable within * days, so in same time i have requested them for cancellation due some problem, i have given them
for Security deposit and Rent Rs.***** and advance was ****. and i have already read their note book and term conditions no where mentions about depsit amount and only mention for advance money that is non refundable. now they are not refund me this amount and telling not refundable n i have read their terms and conditions also no where mention about this, n offer also given of full refundable within * days now they are denying this n not refunding. Without any term and conditions they are not refund to me. N their sales peron(Senthil)does not know about cancellation policy, when they need to take money from customer then will say lot of things. Like me lot of peoples facing this problem once they got money after that they wont refund back. now its request you that please take strict action against them so that they dont this with others and we can stop their farud and stop cheating peoples with them
