Colive marathali - Colive booking amount not refunded

I have booked a property in colive Alameda marathalli Bangalore , Where It was clearly mentioned as refundable amount and As said by the sales person to. It's being * months the amount has not been refunded and While tring to customer care they are best Chester's in giving service and helping people.
Please help me by solving the issue
