I am writing to bring to your immediate attention an issue regarding the pickup of my shipment with AWB number **********.
According to the update, the pickup attempt was marked as "*** - No shipment today" by your representative Parthiban M (Employee ID: ******). This status is incorrect as the shipment was ready for pickup, and I have attached a photo of the shipment for your reference.
This false status update is causing a significant disruption to my business operations. I request you to investigate this matter promptly and ensure that the pickup is attempted again without any further delay. Please ensure that such inaccuracies are avoided in the future as they negatively impact my business.
