I had requested two different cabs on April **, ****. Both times, I indicated the Fashion Mall. Neither time did an Uber drive show up at the location. The first one had me waiting for ** minutes and no show. The second driver I called a minute after I ordered it, and told them exactly where to find me. Still no show. I was then charged $*.** each time for a cancelled trip. I did not cancel either, nor did they come to me even after I called them.
